An adaptive reuse project for a barn to vacation rental, 955COD is a component of an undergoing property establishing a regenerative homestead. The barn conversion is a linchpin for visitors to engage with the Upstate NY site.

Design work included initial schematic drawing set presented as iterations to client. After a brainstorming session, we moved forward with revised plans to prepare for permitting. Project currently in review.
